If you, as a valued client, are not satisfied with the quality of workmanship carried out in your home I will return at no extra cost to fix the problem. And if you’re still not satisfied than you have every right to ask for a refund, and I will happily refund my labour costs and even help you pick another plumbing company.

Alternatively, you can call me during work hours at 0421 243 422 and I can take your details over the phone.

After your booking is confirmed, i’ll send you a confirmation email/text.

You’ll receive a text message when I’m on my way to your home, letting you know what time I’ll be arriving.

There will also be a live tracking link, so that you can see exactly how far away I am.

When your job have been completed, I will vacuum my work area, answer any questions you might have, and then take payment onsite.

Your invoice will be emailed to you straight away with before and after photos attached, along with any relevant paperwork.

Because your satisfaction is important to me, about a month or so after your job has been completed I’ll be in contact to see how everything is going.
