I have an online booking and quoting form, which you can access by clicking here: –> Request Booking <–
Alternatively, call 0421 243 422 and I can take your details over the phone and enter them into my booking form.
It’s important that you fill out this form fully, because the information you provide will be used exactly as you have provided it for your booking or quote.
After submitting the form I’ll personally be in contact, please keep in mind it might be a few hours before i have a chance to reply.
After your booking is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be sent to you via email/text.
And if I have your email address, i’ll also send you a booking reminder email the day prior to your booking.
You will receive a text message when I’m on my way to your home, letting you know what time i will be arriving.
There will also be a live tracking link, so that you can see exactly how far away I am.
When I’m all finished, I take payment onsite. I accept all card payments, tap to pay on Iphone or Android, and cash.
Your invoice will then be emailed to you straight away with before and after photos attached, along with any relevant paperwork.
About a month or so after your job has been completed, I’ll be in contact to see how everything is going.
My workmanship, and the parts I supply are all covered by warranties and guarantees for at least 12 months, so if there’s any issues at all please take this opportunity to let me know and I will schedule a follow up visit free of charge.
